What does Affirmative do?
Building affiliate partnerships is an ongoing and time consuming task. It can involve a lot of outreach that often goes nowhere.
Affirmative identifies websites with existing affiliate and social links.
When a content creator is actively participating as an affiliate to monetize content, this can mean a shorter recruitment funnel and briefer time to activation as a new recruit for your own affiliate program.
How to install Affirmative.
Affirmative is a browser extension designed for the Google Chrome browser and should be compatible with other Chromium based browsers, such as Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Opera.
Installation of the extension is straightforward. The following steps will guide you:
Step 1: Purchase a subscription here on the GetAffirmative.com website to receive a license key. You will use this license key to unlock the extension after installing it in your browser.
Step 2: Once you have your license key, visit the Affirmative page on the Chrome Web Store. Click the Add to Chrome button which will install the extension for you.
Step 3: After installing Affirmative, when you click the extension icon in your browser for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the license key you received after purchasing your subscription. Once your license key is activated, you will have full access to the Affirmative extension for the length of your subscription.
How does it work?
When active, Affirmative operates in the background to scan the current web page for affiliate links and social media contacts.
The Affirmative icon will turn bright red to indicate the extension has been able to identify links on the current tab that are affiliate links or from a social media network.

If no such content is discovered on the current page, the extension icon remains a quiet gray indicating nothing was found.

Viewing results
Clicking on the red extension icon opens a small popup window containing information found on the current page. The display shows the number of links for each network, how many network ids (pid, aid, social media handles, etc.) for each network, and displays those network ids for easy visibility.

Clicking on a network in the list opens an accordion which displays the links for that network found on the current tab. Social media links include a button that allow you to easily ‘Visit’ them in a new tab.

Lastly, clicking on the network id displayed in the right hand column will copy it to the clipboard, allowing you to quickly paste it elsewhere.
